Doosan machines have been designed to give outstanding performance day-in...day-out. But to maintain their high levels of accuracy and reliability they need to be serviced regularly otherwise they can, over time, feel under the weather.

For many Mills customers their machine tool servicing and maintenance issues are covered by a Mills Service Contract. Providing priority and preferential treatment, a Mills annual Service Contract undertaken by a fully-qualified Mills Service Engineer, gives customers confidence and peace of mind...and protects them from the unknown and the unexpected.
 
As well as knowing that your Doosan machine will be serviced by a
fully-trained engineer in accordance with Doosan's recommendations - a Mills Service Contract also allows customers to take advantage of -:

  • competitive labour rates, and capped travel expenses;
  • discounted Doosan OE spare and replacement parts;
  • instant access to Mills' Technical Support;
  • discounted training course costs.

For manufacturers looking for extra cover, a standard Mills Service Contract can be enhanced by a number of options.

  • Option 1: A second full ‘360’ service for customers whose machines are operating over 4,000 hours per year;
  • Option 2: Machine tool parameter back-up on Mills’ service
    system in case of a system failure;
  • Option 3: Ball bar or laser calibration checks for customers who demand the ultimate in precision;
  • Option 4: A package of recommended OE machine tool spares, delivered to, and stored at a customer’s facility to enable immediate access;
  • Option 5: Week-end Technical Help Desk support, and emergency call out cover;
  • Option 6: Full Fanuc control system parts and labour Warranty.
