DIMF exhibition
Getting its new machines to market is of critical
importance.
As part of this process, Doosan holds its biennial machine tool
exhibition (DIMF) at its Changwon facility.
Here dealers and distributors are able to see the new machine tools
in action, and to talk direct to Doosan engineers and product
specialists about the technologies and machines on show.
At the DIMF exhibition in May 2011, some 63 next generation machine
tools were showcased, including Doosan's new range of Lynx lathes,
a new range of Horizontal Machining centres, new 5-axis machines
and new DNM (3-axis) large vertical machines.
Over 1000 visitors attended the event - and not surprisingly, Mills
CNC was there in force. Amongst the Mills contingent was Andy
Allcock (Editor of Machinery) and Dave Tudor (Editor of PES).
