Over the last few years we have significantly strengthened both our centrally- and regionally-based after-sales and service teams. Directed from our Operations Centre in Leamington, these services -: applications and technical support, machine tool maintenance and servicing, training, spares and logistics, have been designed to enable our customers to get the optimum performance from their Doosan machines.

As soon as customers invest in a Doosan machine - our tried, tested and trusted after-sales services are at their disposal. Customers value and rely upon our technical assistance and applications support, whether it's helping with an operational problem with a machine or providing advice on a particular job or application - our engineers are on-hand to give immediate and effective assistance.

For machine tool maintenance and servicing our new 360 service packages provide customers with choice without compromising on quality.

Our help and support doesn't end once a machine has been installed and training has been delivered. In addition to machine tool maintenance and servicing, we are also able to provide customers with a quick and efficient OEM parts and spares service to ensure machine tool uptime.
