Service Contracts
Recent surveys conducted in the UK have shown that service support is a major factor in a customers decision to invest in new plant and equipment. By investing in people and processes we ensure that our customers equipment remains available for production over a longer period.
Although today's machine tools are generally reliable, they will always perform better over a longer period of their life if they are correctly maintained. To this end we are able to offer a programme of Service Contracts designed to suit the customers shift patterns.
For companies working single shift we would recommend the standard contract whilst for those working double shift and more, we would recommend the premier contract.
Benefits
Mills offer both standard and premier service contracts to suit your requirements. The benefits of each are highlighted below.
- Maintenance service visit each year as outlined on our service sheet. (Standard contract 1 visit per year, Premier contract 2 visits per year)
- Scheduled services are completed free of charge within the contract price
- A 15% discount off machine parts
- A £10.00 per hour reduction in the on-site labour rate
- A maximum of four hours travelling time per day on site
- Free helpdesk support offering technical advice throughout the year
- Priority response to a machine breakdown normally within 24 hours of receipt of call at Mills
- Factory trained engineers and original equipment parts to minimize your down time and maintain your machine to new build specification
- Regular mailings of special offers on machine accessories and company initiatives
