Mills CNC: The automation specialists
In 2018 Mills CNC established a separate automation division called Mills CNC Automation to provide a focus for, and to drive, its automation business forward.
Mills CNC Automation has two principal automation system specialisms – Industrial Robots and
Collaborative Robots.
Mills CNC Automation is located at Mills CNC’s Technology Campus facility in Leamington and, within its new purpose built Turnkey & Automation Centre, there are a number of automation systems and demonstrations always available for customers to see.

Industrial robot systems
To help make automation more accessible and attractive to component manufacturers, we have developed our SYNERGi automated manufacturing systems.
The SYNERGi Premier and SYNERGi Sprint systems take the complexity out of automation. All systems are flexible and powerful but, unlike many automation solutions on the market, are also simple to understand, program and operate.
SYNERGi systems can be integrated with your Doosan lathes, machining centres and mill-turn machines – improving their productivity and efficiency.

You can find out more about the different SYNERGi systems…their capacity and capabilities etc.. – in the specific product pages.

Collaborative robot (cobot) systems
We are a UK and Irish distributor for leading global cobot manufacturer – Doosan Robotics.
Doosan cobots are proven and popular, and are designed to perform a range of tasks from machine tending, inspection and testing through to packaging, assembly and pick and place operations.
Doosan cobots are versatile, reliable, safe and easy to use and install – and there are three different cobot ranges available (the A-, M- and H-series).

You can find out more about the different cobot models…their capacity and capabilities etc.. – in the specific product pages.
Automation & Turnkey Centre
In order to better showcase our advanced industrial and collaborative robot systems and solutions to customers – we have recently built a new dedicated Automation & Turnkey Centre at our Campus facility in Leamington.
Here, customers can see a number of different automation demonstrations and talk to Mills CNC Automation engineers about their manufacturing challenges.
