Mills CNC announces that it will showcase a high-performance HELLER 5-axis horizontal machining centre on its stand at MACH 2026.
Mills CNC, the exclusive distributor of DN Solutions and Zayer machine tools in the UK and Ireland, has announced that, in addition to showcasing one Zayer and ten DN Solutions machine tools on its motorsport-themed stand (HALL 19 – Stand 110) at MACH 2026, the company will also be exhibiting a HELLER HF 5500 5-axis horizontal machining centre at the Show.
The move, following DN Solutions acquisition of leading German machine tool manufacturer, Gebr. Heller Maschinenfabrik GmbH, last year, significantly increases the range of advanced and innovative technologies DN Solutions, through its global dealer and distributor network, can offer to manufacturers all over the world

The HELLER HF 5500 is a high-performance machine designed for efficient simultaneous 5-axis milling and turning.
The machine has a rigid design and build, a high-speed, high-torque spindle, a direct-drive rotary tilting table, advanced thermal compensation and a fast tool-changer; The HF 5500 on Mills’ stand will also be equipped with the latest Siemens One control.
