DN Solutions BM series of large double-column machining centres
BM Series Description
The BM machining center range is designed for the high-accuracy machining of large heavy workpieces.
There are 3 machines in the range – BM 1530M, BM 2035M and BM 2740M – and all are equipped with low-vibration, long-nose, built-in spindles (30kW/12,000rpm), with a face and taper spindle/tooling configuration.
To maintain accuracy the machines feature a thermal displacement compensation system with sensors located around their spindle and structure, and roller type LM guideways and linear scales that ensure high precision machining.
