DNM 5AX Series Description
DN Solutions’ DNM 5-axis machining centres (the DNM 200 5AX and DNM 350-5AX) allow precision manufacturers to machine parts to completion in a single set-up (3 + 2 or full simultaneous 5-axis machining).
Their versatility means they can be used for high-accuracy machining, heavy metal removal and fine finishing operations.
The machines can be supplied with either a Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens control, and have a choice of spindle speeds (12,000/20,000rpm).
Tool changer capacity can also be specified (30/40/60 position), and the machines’ 5-axis capability is delivered by a rotary tilting table – A-axis (tilt) is 150 degrees and C-axis (rotary) is 360 degrees.
