DNT series lathes provide manufacturers with increased part accuracies and repeatability’s, superior cutting performance and greater process reliability.

These heavy-duty, box guide-way machines have an 8”, 10″ or 12″ chuck (65/76/102mm bar capacity) and a powerful spindles up to 35kW/4500rpm.

The DNT 2100MB and DNT 2600M models are also equipped with driven tooling capability (5.5kW/5000rpm).

In addition to their impressive technical specifications, these machines are supplied by Mills with: Automatic Tool Setters, Parts Catchers, tailstocks and the Manual Guide/Conversational Programming System, as standard.

The DN Solutions Puma DNT Series is compatible with Fanuc and Siemens.

The Mills CNC Projects' Team, incorporating experienced engineers, will undertake a site survey and create a tailored machine delivery and installation plan that is pre-agreed with customers.

The project team will then manage the whole process and act as a seamless interface between the customer, Mills CNC and any required 3rd party specialist service providers through delivery, installation and commissioning of the machine
