Puma 3100 large-capacity lathes provide manufacturers with increased accuracies and repeatability’s, superior cutting performance and greater process reliability.
The box guide-way machines have a 12″ chuck/102mm bar capacity, and are available in four bed lengths – 765mm, 1,285mm, 2,125mm and 3,125mm. Manufacturers can select Puma 3100 machines with driven tools, sub-spindles, C-axis and Y-axes.
Puma 3100 lathes can also support a 15″ size chuck.
In addition to their impressive technical specifications, Puma 3100 lathes are supplied by Mills with: Automatic Tool Setters, tailstocks (for non- sub-spindle machines), and the Manual Guide/Conversational Programming System, as standard.

The Doosan Puma 3100 Series is compatible with Fanuc and Siemens.
The Mills CNC Projects' Team, incorporating experienced engineers, will undertake a site survey and create a tailored machine delivery and installation plan that is pre-agreed with customers.
The project team will then manage the whole process and act as a seamless interface between the customer, Mills CNC and any required 3rd party specialist service providers through delivery, installation and commissioning of the machine
