Mills CNC’s attendance at MACH 2026 has been described by the company as being nothing short of incredible and exceptional.
With 41 orders for new machines and some 200 serious enquiries being taken during the week-long Show, Mills CNC has reported that MACH 2026 has proved to be the best and most successful MACH event that the company has ever attended in its 52-year history.
Mills CNC, the exclusive distributor of DN Solutions and Zayer machine tools in the UK and Ireland, and a leading supplier of advanced SYNERGi automation systems to component manufacturers, has announced that its attendance at MACH 2026 was a roaring success with over 3000 visitors making their way onto the company’s stand and some 41 new machine tool orders being taken during the five-day Show.

“Our intention, from the outset, via our pre-Show communications programme and the choice of advanced multi-tasking machine tools and innovative, high-productivity automation systems we selected to showcase on our motorsport-themed stand, was to inspire and motivate component manufacturers to attend MACH 2026 and to make a ‘bee-line’ for our Stand when they arrived.

In addition to thousands of visitors, Mills’ stand, which was the largest at the Show, also attracted a number of dignitaries that included Prince Edward, His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, and Baroness Jacqui Smith, the current Minister of State for Skills.
Machine tool orders – a closer look
A more detailed look at the 41 new machine tool orders taken by Mills CNC at MACH 2026 not only reveals much about the depth and breadth of the company’s machine tool portfolio, but also underscores the enduring popularity and wide appeal of DN Solutions’ machine tool technologies amongst UK and Irish component manufacturers.
It is perhaps no surprise that the company’s Lynx lathe series (i.e., Lynx 2100LSY models) in particular, and its DNM (Fourth-Generation) 4000/4500/5700 and 6700 3-axis vertical machining centres, were all well represented in the total number of orders taken by Mills CNC at MACH 2026.
However, this does not tell the full story because a significant percentage of the machine tool orders taken also comprised advanced, multi-tasking machines too, like the company’s recently-introduced DVF 5000Mk II (simultaneous 5-axis) machining centres with integrated automatic workpiece pallet changers (AWCs), its SMX-series of high-productivity mill-turn machines, and its TT series of twin-turret/twin-spindle turning centres equipped with dual Y-axis capabilities.
In addition to the 10 x DN Solutions machines being showcased on its stand, Mills also exhibited a Zayer ARION (large-capacity horizontal bed mill) and, following DN Solutions acquisition of German machine tool manufacturer, Heller, last year, a Heller HF5500 5-axis horizontal machining centre.
These along with three new SYNERGI T-series automation systems and a dedicated CNC Training Academy work station, all helped ‘pull in the crowds’ and make Mills’ attendance at MACH 2026 so successful and memorable.
